Building by Brandlhuber, Brunnenstraße 9, Berlin, 2009 (Photo: Clemens Vogel)
On September 4th 2009 the gallery project KOW opened its doors at Brunnenstrasse 9 in Berlin. The architecture office BRANDLHUBER + had constructed a remarkable building on the ruins of a failed early 90’s investment located accross from the Senate’s Department for Culture. The unconventional gallery space ranging over three floors was co-designed by the gallery owners and their artists.
